Thought of Dr. Santibañes related to the teaching of the medical science:To my understanding, it is fundamental the direct and constant contact of the educating with the educator, as well as the direct relationship of the same with all the members of the assist center where the teaching is imparted. The fast advance in the development of modern techniques makes that the curriculum of the specialty should be modified constantly, then the one which today is true, could lack tomorrow totally of sense and utility for the student and the patient to try. The students should live together with the instructor the resident, the technicians, the nurses and all personnel of a medical institution; they should be part of surgery service to which they belong. Without this condition barely good outputs will be gotten. The teaching will rely on centers of investigation within which the students will learn the ABCs of the scientific methodology. In order to carry this technique of teaching ahead, the educators will define the objectives to which desire that the students arrive (know-how, surgical abilities, medical responsibility
